For our collaborating vendors to push out job details and booking information to their registered drivers.
Through the application, drivers receive assigned jobs from their scheduling manager with trip details as well contact details to liaise with customer or customer’s end-user for day of service. Upcoming jobs are displayed for the immediate 48 hours up to a week’s worth of job information. Each job sent has acknowledgement feature to ensure driver has seen and accepted the assigned job. Within the driver App, a scan feature allows for drivers to validate the QR code issued on customer’s App to acknowledge start of trip and service delivery.
The process structure is designed for a quick and convenient flow of job orders to be accurately and reliably relayed to drivers all in one place where vital operational information is made available to drivers involved in order to execute the job effectively and smoothly.
